Marburg with the Loves

On Brian and Catherine's last day in Germany we decided to take a day trip to Marburg, a beautiful town about 50 km northeast of Wetzlar.  Even though it was a Sunday, which means all the shops were closed, we had a great time sightseeing, hiking to the castle, and enjoying a freshly brewed beer at Elisabeth Braukeller!  It was a gorgeous day and the perfect way to say farewell to our friends!  We miss you, Loves!  Thanks so much for coming to visit!!!

Serge needs to do his next assignment at the brewery! :-)

The beer was great!

How blue is that sky?!

Slow down, Tater! :-) I guess I drink a little faster than Catherine...

I'm getting this sign for our apartment.
I'm from South Carolina, honey. I'm not good with a snow shovel! :-)

Doing some exploring
Nice purse, Sergio! At least it was full of glasses from the brewery - that's manly enough to make up for the flowery bag :-)

Well hello there!
